Kibou absolutely stands behind the quality of our bags and guarantees that our bags are free from defects in manufacturing, under normal residential use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. 

Whenever possible, if a manufacturing defect is present (loose stitching, zipper pull breaks, zipper slider defect, buckle and other finish defects), Kibou will provide a refund to repair your bag, rather than contribute to landfill waste by simply replacing each bag. If a manufacturing or materials defect does not allow for a repair, Kibou will replace a bag within one (1) year from purchase.

If you choose to contact Customer Care via e-mail at info@kiboubag.com please include:

  • Style name
  • Photos or video of the item clearly showing the problem
  • A copy of the proof of purchase (original email receipt, packing slip, order # or credit card statement)

Should there be any other manufacturing defects that are not mentioned above within the warranty period, feel free to contact us.

REFUND POLICY

Kibou bags can be exchanged or returned for a refund (to the original payment method) for up to 30 days from purchase date.

Products must be unworn, in new condition, and in the original dust bag packaging for us to be able to honor a full refund or exchange.

Accessories must be unopened and in new condition to be eligible for return.
